Say hello to the teachers and staff.
Hi, Kendall Hoover!
I am excited to be joining the Meadows team! I’m a recent graduate from Miami University with a major in early childhood education and a minor in special education. I’ve lived in Dublin my entire life and I’m ecstatic that I get the chance to educate students in the area. I come from a hockey family and they are my world. I have two brothers, Jeffrey who is 25 and Keegan who is 14. I also have my lovely parents, as well as my two dogs: Jagr and Lila. Having a brother 8 years younger than me has inspired me to become an educator. I have babysat and nannied ever since I can remember. I love watching the kids learn and grow. This will be my first official teaching job and I couldn’t be happier! I cannot wait to work with the students and encourage them to learn to their fullest potential!!
Hi, I’m Lisa March!
I was born in Columbus, Ohio. I graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Early Childhood Development. I’ve taught at the OSU Childcare Program and the Creative Nursery School in Naperville, Illinois. I’ve also been the Director of Red Bell Nursery School in Plymouth, Michigan and a school here in Dublin. I’ve always had a love of teaching and watching children grow and blossom. Family is most important to me. I’ve been married to my husband Dan for 31 years and we have 2 boys, Nicholas and Jonathan. I anxiously look forward to being with your children as they grow, learn, and explore each day. They’re going to be a blessing in my life as I hope to be in theirs and yours. I cannot wait to get to know your families and create wonderful memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you for allowing me to a part of your and your children’s lives.
Hi, I’m Denise Jennings!
I started teaching at Meadows last September and have enjoyed it very much! I live in Dublin, Ohio with my husband Chuck, my daughter Claire (16 years olds) and my son Jack (11 years old). I graduated from Franklin University with a degree in Business Administration, and a minor in Marketing. My hobbies are golfing, walking, and exercising. I have a dog named “Phoebe”. I love spending time with my family and raising my children. As a mom, I’m extremely involved in my kids’ after school activities such as Clarie’s productions at Coffman High School, and sporting events for Jack. I love teaching young children and watching them grow. I’m so happy to be team teaching with Miss Lisa. My teaching schedule at Meadows is every Monday through Friday!

I looking forward to a fun and exciting school year filled with new learning experiences and friendships for your child.
Hi, I’m Irma Khouw!
I am a professional pianist and a music therapist. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Piano Performance from Towson University and a Master of Music degree in Music Therapy from Ohio University. I have a private piano studio in Dublin and have been a preschool music teacher for 9 years. I love working with preschoolers, sharing the joy of music, and developing them to their fullest potential through music. I live with my husband, Raymond, and 3 children: Davyn, Sara, and Shaena. We all love music: my children and I enjoy singing and playing the piano, guitar, drum, and percussion together. In my free time like to read, listen to Classical music, compose/arrange piano music, and spend quality time with my precious family. I am a pianist in the Contemporary Worship Band of Dublin Baptist Church. I am looking forward to having fun with your children!
Hi, I’m Susan Bolongaita!
It is my privilege and honor to join you in this great adventure of providing a high-quality preschool education for your children as your Core Knowledge Preschool Director and Teacher. I have a Master’s Degree in Basic Education Teaching and Preschool Education. I worked for a number of years as assistant director at a preschool in Chicago called Early Learning Foundations. I also spent some time volunteering with a Catholic youth group called Christ’s Youth in Action where I worked with university students in helping them grow spiritually. I love children and have been teaching them for most of my adult life. I am married and now that I have children of my own, being a mother has become a vocation too. On behalf of the teaching staff, it is with great pleasure that I welcome you to the Meadows Academy family! We all look forward to getting to know you and in working together to prepare your child for success in Kindergarten and beyond!
